Avon Edmonson, 75, of Hot Springs passed away Thursday, October 17, 2024. Avon was born on November 29, 1948, in Bauxite, AR. She was a beloved wife, mother, Nana, sister, and friend.

Avon was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Charley Edmonson; her parents EF (Chunk) and Lillian Tatum; sister, Mary; and brothers, Stan and Don.

She is survived by daughters Ronda Edmonson of Bismarck and Carol (Alex) Brown of Hot Springs, brother, Rick (Rose) Tatum of Prattsville, grandchildren, Meghan (Matt) Smith, Terrin Thomas, Chase Brown, Abby Chotigul, and Gage Edmonson, 14 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 PM Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at Ashby Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, October 24, 2024 at Ashby Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Old Rosemont Cemetery.
