Barbara Jo Owens, 98, of Benton passed away Sunday, May 4, 2025. She was born May 18, 1926 in Saline County to William Bethards and Mary Susan McKinney Bethards.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Ladd Owens, her son Gary Owens, her brothers, and sisters, Thomas, Mildred, Louise, Elizabeth, Buck, J. W., Charles and Nola Marie,

She is survived by her sons, Jerry (Faye), Allen (Edna), Tim (Jennifer), her daughter, Muriel (Ron), grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

A graveside service by Ashby Funeral Home, will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at Social Hill Cemetery.
