Betty Louise Russell, age 88, of Little Rock, passed away Saturday, February 17, 2024. She was born July 19, 1935 in Little Rock. Betty was   retired from the Lawson School where she worked in the cafeteria, and was a member of the Avilla Baptist Church.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, William Harris Ray and Pauline Townsend Ray, two brothers and one sister.

Survivors, husband of 67 years, Paul Russell, sons and daughter-in-law, Paul Allan Russell, and Carl (Christine) Russell, daughter and son-in-law, Bonnie (Lee) Miller, and Brenda Hale, six grandchildren, and a host of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Church services will be 1:00 PM Thursday at New Haven Missionary Baptist Church, 19824 Lawson Rd., Little Rock. Minister will be Bro Kirby Caple.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Church.
