Obituary

Billie Sue Jennings (née Fowler), 92, passed away peacefully Friday, 30 November 2025, in her mountainside home overlooking her beloved Lake Ouachita.

Billie Sue was preceded in death by her adoring husband of 72 years, Charles W. "Bill" Jennings, her daughter Cindy Kline (Marc) of Lexington, KY, her parents William Clienton "Ted" Fowler of Malvern, AR and Betty Louise Nunn Flower Jumper (Jimmy) of Benton, AR, her sister Sylvia Lynn Carter (Ted) of Benton, and brother Dr. Mark W. Jumper of Haskell, AR.

Billie Sue is survived by her brothers Dr. James Thomas "Tommy" Jumper (Linda) of Benton, AR and John Michael "Mike" Jumper (T.L.) of Little Rock, AR, her sister-in-law Sharon Daugherty (Phillip Wayne "Phil") of Benton, her son Kyle Jennings (Jill Conner Browne) of Raymond, MS, five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and numerous cousins, nieces, and

nephews, all of whom she adored beyond words.

A Service will be held for "Mom," as she was affectionately known worldwide through her daughter-in-law's books, on Monday, December 8, 2025, at 11:00a, Central, in the sanctuary of New Salem Global Methodist Church, 1798 Mountain Pine Rd., Hot Springs, AR 71913, with lunch following in the Fellowship Hall. Officiating the service will be Reverend Chester Jones, Ret.
