Billy C. Fulcher, age 83 of Bauxite passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2025. He was born February 4, 1942 to the late Vernon and Hallie Fulcher.  Billy was a simple man that attended the Arkansas School for the blind. Billy loved to sing and dance and to sit outside in the swing in his yard. He went to the Benton Senior Adult Center every day they were open.

He is proceeded in death by his parents, a brother Tommy Fulcher, and two sister Shirley Baxley and Sharon Dobbs.

He is survived by his loving caregiver and friend Debbie Hobby, nieces Michelle Dawson( Darrin) and Melissa Creech (Larry) all of Bauxite. Great niece, Candias Buffington (Raymond) of Bauxite, Amanda Cox (Zack), Mikki Haywood (Brittany) all of Bryant, great nephews Dustin Dawson (Brandy Joe) of Benton and Bryan Dawson of Bauxite. As well as a whole host of great-great nieces and nephews as well as friends.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the Arkansas Heart Hospital of Little Rock and Elite Home Health and Hospice of Bryant. Arkansas.

Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Tuesday, March 4th at Ashby Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, March 5th, 2025 at New Friendship Cemetery. Minister will be Bro. Rick Porter.
