Brenda Jean Mangum, 80, from Haskell, Arkansas, passed away February 19, 2025.  She was born on March 2, 1944 to Noel and Opal Thomason. Brenda was a member of Crossroads Baptist Church.

Preceded in death by her husband, John Charles "JC" Mangum, her daughter Mary Ann Mangum, Mother, Opal Thomason Harberson, Father, Noel Thomason, and stepfather, Roy Harberson.

Survived by son, Paul Tuggle (wife Cathy) of Haskell, grandson, Weston Tuggle of Haskell, great grandchildren, John Cameron Tuggle, Kennedy Tuggle, and Bennett Tuggle. Sisters, Louise Westbrook of Hot Springs, and Vicki Ridings (Jim) of North Little Rock. And many beloved nieces, nephews, and friends.

Brenda worked for Duncan and Cash as an X-ray Technician for approximately 30 years.

Brenda enjoyed spending time with family and her cat, Savannah.

Visitation will be 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 26 at Ashby Funeral Home followed by an 11:30 a.m. graveside service at Mt. Harmony Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Arkansas Hospice.
