Carolyn Sue Stills Holobar from Benton AR passed away at Saline Memorial Hospital on April 6 2024 in Benton AR after a long battle with illness. Carolyn (Nanny) was born on Jan 18, 1944 & originally from Lonoke AR, where she attended school & loved playing softball. She moved to Little Rock after school & married Duke. She loved sports and enjoyed watching both her sons & grandkids play sports. She loved her family and enjoyed time spent with them, especially her grandchildren & great children. She worked for Timex in her younger years and was a homemaker. She was an excellent cook. She enjoyed hunting & fishing with friends in her earlier years & loved to travel.

Carolyn is preceded in death by her husband Ellsworth G (Duke) Holobar, son Preston Canterberry, mother Juanita Anderson Stills & father Lewis (Bud) Stills.

She is survived by a (sister by another mother) her best friend Linda Kay Diemer Gartrell (Benton) , son Marty Canterberry (Mayflower), grandson Preston Canterberry II (Cabot), grandson Cody Canterberry (Cabot), granddaughter, Jennifer Boyett (Danny), (Friendship),4 great granddaughters, 2 great grandsons.

A private service & burial will be a Brownsville Cemetery in Lonoke, AR
