Carthel Barnett was born on December 2, 1969 to parents Linda Parsons and Carlton Parsons of Benton Arkansas.  He passed away at Saline Memorial Hospital on April 17, 2026.

He is preceded in death by his mother Linda, aunt Fran Barnett of Benton, and many uncles.

Carthel is survived by his wife Carol Barnett of Benton, many aunts and uncles, many sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, many nieces and nephews, along with many friends who loved him.

Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
