Charles E. Marshall, age 86, of Haskell, passed away Monday, September 25, 2023.  He was born March 12, 1937 in Sulfur Rock, Arkansas. Charles worked for the Saline County Highway Department.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Floyd & Eula Marshall; daughter, Connie Tipps; two brothers, J.R. and Mitchell Marshall; and three sisters, Brenda McPherson, Ola Lee Weaver, and Mary Etta.

Charles is survived by his wife, Lucille Marshall; son, Charles Ray Marshall; daughter, Karen Johnson; two brothers, Howard and Hershell Marshall; sister, Katherine Barnes (Buddy); several grandchildren & great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
