Debra (Debbie) Kay Shepard Fleming, 62, of Benton passed away Wednesday, May 15, 2024 with family by her side. She was born March 11, 1962 in Benton, Arkansas. She was retired from UAMS in Little Rock and valued her relationship with the Lord most.  Debbie was a special person and loved by everyone who knew her.

She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Randy Fleming, her son T.J., and granddaughter Laikyn Fleming, of Benton, son Kenny Fleming of St. Louis, Missouri, father James Shepard of Benton, brother Steve (Amy) Shepard of Bryant, sister Kim (Paul) Ramsey of Benton, brother and sister in law Tom (Cindy) Adams of Benton, Dale (Becky) Burnett of Maumelle, Kenneth (Juanita) Fleming of Springfield, Missouri.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Martha Shepard, and her son, Ronny Fleming.

Debbie loved making people laugh with her jokes and was known for her quick wit. She loved to make candles, Christmas ornaments, and crocheting scarfs. Lastly, she was famously known for her butt wink. If you know, you know. She will be greatly missed.

Graveside service will be held Saturday, 12:00 pm, May 25, 2024 at New Rosemont Cemetery with Brother Greg Hogan
