Diana Sue Woolem, 81, of Alexander, passed away peacefully at Saline Memorial Hospital on September 30, 2024.  She was born on December 12, 1942 in Little Rock, Arkansas, to Kenneth Veon Rowland and Thelma Priscilla Mae Jenkins Rowland.  Diana was active in her church, First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and in CJCOHN. She was also active in the Master Gardeners organization. She retired from CoorsTek, where she worked for many years as a machinist.

Diana was preceded in death by her parents and by brothers: Kenneth Rowland and Mike Rowland. She is survived by her husband, John Allen Woolem; her sons, Darrell Miller (Keresa) of Alexander and Jeff Miller (Cara) of North Little Rock; and granddaughter, Sarah Miller of Sherwood; brothers, Gary Rowland (Jackie) and Larry Rowland (Sandy); and sister, Marcella Grimmett. Diana is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.

A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, October 3, at 4 p.m. at First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Benton. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) at 16218 I-30, Benton, AR  72019.
