Dollie Lea Kling, age 79, of Mabelvale, passed away Saturday, December 2, 2023.  She was born August 10, 1944 in Paron, Arkansas.  Dollie was a seamstress and loved bingo, puzzles, bowling, fishing, hunting, & NASCAR.  She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Alexander, the AAL, and LWML.  Dollie served as Resident Council President in her 1st year at Ozark Health Nursing & Rehab Center.

She was preceded in death by her father, Henry Koon; mother, Virgie Cotton; husband, William C. Kling; four sisters, Nina Jarrett, Ruby West, Olie Mae Koon, and Hazel Harris; and six brothers, Walter Koon, Jim Koon, Henry Monroe "Muncie" Koon, Harvey Dale Koon, Sydney Koon, and Jake Koon.

Dollie is survived by two daughters, Regina Graham (Len) and Renee Mitchem (Timothy); two sisters, Almedia "Media" Fairhurst and Marian Cross; three grandchildren, Marcus Graham (Debi), Aaron Graham, and Alison Mitchem; and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 6 at Ashby Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 7 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Alexander with burial at Spring Valley Cemetery in Ferndale.  Pastor Steven Teske will be officiating.
