Doyle David Hunt, age 89, of Benton, passed away Wednesday, May 24, 2023.  He was born November 26, 1933 in Thornburg, Arkansas.  Doyle was a Korean War Army Veteran and a Logger.

He is preceded in death by his parents, A.T. & Clara Sue McNeeley Hunt; wife, Barbara Hunt; daughter, Judith Elaine Hunt; three brothers, Weldon, Alfred, and James Hunt; and a sister, Nina Hunt.

Doyle is survived by daughter, Una Hobby (Randy); two brothers, Harold and Darrell Hunt; sister, Mildred Rickard; three grandchildren, Rick Hobby (Katherine), Casey Noel (Dave), and Cayla Harrell (Chris); six great-grandchildren, Keaton Hobby, Clara Noel, Mason Noel, Jovie Harrell, Grey Harrell, and Finn Harrell; and his dog & faithful porch sitting companion, Buster.

Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, May 26 at Ashby Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 27 at Ashby Funeral Home with burial at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
