Edwin Ritchie Hairston, 81, of Benton, passed away Friday, November 17, 2023.  He was born January 26, 1942 in Bauxite, Arkansas to the late Louis Walter Hairston & Hattie Louise Green.  Edwin was a U.S. Navy Veteran and a retired salesman.

He is survived by his wife, Vanetta Joyce Hairston; three sons, Edwin Ritchie Hairston Jr. (Rajena), John Louis Hairston (Cindy), and Eric Steven Hairston; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
