Frances Dee Schoggin, age 90, of Little Rock passed away on Saturday, July 26, 2025. She was born August 13, 1934 in Claremore, Oklahoma. Frances retired from AT&T as a Human Resource Officer. Frances graduated from Claremore High School in Claremore, Oklahoma in 1952 and the Draughon School of Business in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1953, and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Shannon Hills.

Frances was preceded in death by her parents, Ollie Gordon Miller and Hazel England Miller, husband, Vernon D. Schoggin, daughter, Karen Pickard, four brothers, Gene, Tim, Russell, and Joe Miller.

Survivors, sons, Eric (Roni) Sager, David Sager, step-sons, Michael (Peggy) Schoggin, Paul Schoggin, daughter, Barbara (Clinton) Wilson, sister, Ruth Busby, son-in-law, Norman (Skip) Pickard, five grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:00 PM Wednesday before the services

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday at Ashby Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Poyen Cemetery.
