Obituary

Frankie Yvonne Butler 72 of Roland passed on to be with her Heavenly Father on August 7th 2024. She was born in Little Rock, Ar on November 1, 1951, to William Frank and Emma Jean Butler. She had a strong faith and love for the Lord, and was a prayer warrior for many. She worked as a homemaker till her children left home then opened a housecleaning and landscape business and retired in 2019. She was loved by her family very much.

She loved her family and truly enjoyed going to her grandchildren and great grandchildren's sporting event, dance competitions/recitals, pageants, and singing performances. Any time she was with her family it brought her great joy. She loved being a mom, grandmother, and great-grandmother, but she especially prided herself a grandmother, & great grandmother also known as "Gimmie". She was always talking about her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren to anyone that would listen, and even if not. If she wasn't talking about them she was talking about her faith or politics.

She was born in Arkansas, became a mother at the age of 16, and traveled around the country with her husband Arthur and 3 children until 1985 when they returned to Arkansas and planted roots. It is where she called home until the Lord was ready to call her to her eternal home in Heaven.

She is preceded in death by her children's father and husband of 22 yrs, Arthur Wallace, Daughter Vonda LeeAnn, parents Frank and Jean Butler, 5 sisters Gloria Biancardi Ann Major, Edith Izom and Mary Nell Howell, Wanda Morehead.

She is survived by a son Greg Wallace, daughter Lisa Gentry (Scott) son James Wallace. 3 sisters Janet Plunket, Ruby Faulkner, and Helen Hughes, 7 grandchildren, Ashely Ryan, Aaron Rath, Tanner Gentry, Austin Wallace Faith Gentry, Jamie Wallace, Weston Wallace, 2 Great-grandchild Paxton and Lincoln Ryan.

She will be extremely missed by all her family and friends.
