Frieda Marion Willis, aged 89, of Mabelvale passed away peacefully in her home on September 6, 2025. She was born on January 19, 1936, in Harriet, Arkansas to Ralph and Virgie Wynn.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband of 58-years, James Edward Willis, her brother, Carl Wynn, and sister, Imanell Myers. Frieda graduated from North Little Rock Old Main high school. She worked as a bookkeeper for most of her career at various companies retiring at age 72.

She is survived by her children Jon Randolph Willis (Lauren), Joe Andrew Willis (Denise), Carla Lem (Joe); grandchildren Cameron Steele (Dalton), Jaden Willis (Erika), Bryan Lem (Brandi), and Casey Wilson (Justin); great grandchildren McKenzie Lem, Mary Lem, and Mason Wilson, as well

as many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Frieda was outgoing, quick-witted and always had the ability to make anyone laugh. She was an active member of Pleasant Hill Baptist church in the Sardis community. She was an avid bowler, enjoyed crocheting and sewing, and participating in Toast Master's International. Her family

was her biggest passion and proudest accomplishment.

The family would like to thank Elite Hospice and Tracy Manning for their care and support.

A memorial service will be held at a later time to be determined. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Pleasant Hill Baptist church 24310 N Sardis Rd, Bauxite, AR 72011 or Arkansas Children's Hospital designating donation to the RCS Education Fund (www.archildrens.org/support-us/foundation).
