Glenda Jane Spangler, of Benton, passed away on November 18, 2024, at the age of 89. She was born December 20th in rural Poinsett County near Lepanto, Arkansas to the late Leon and Loucille Spears. She was a homemaker and was known to many as "Nana".

A devoted wife, loving mother, and adoring grandmother, she devoted her life to her family. Glenda cherished time spent with her children and grandchildren, whether sharing heartfelt conversations, enjoying ice cream together, or going shopping.  Her commitment to her family and responsibilities were evident in all that she did.

Glenda was preceded in death by her husband Lorin W. Spangler and is survived by her three daughters, Joni Baker (Jim), Cheri Green, and Holli Treece (Michael); three grandchildren Jami Baker, Cameron Treece (Caroline), and Cole Treece (Kelsey); three great-grandchildren Spencer, Crew, and Case.

Glenda's family and friends will forever hold her memory in their hearts, remembering her as the sweetest and most special lady who brought joy and love to all around her.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th from 4:00-6:00 pm at Ashby Funeral Home.
