Jacob (Jake) Brian Raper, age 46, of Little Rock, passed away Monday, October 12, 2026. He was born August 15, 1980 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Jacob loved sports including basketball, football, baseball, but hunting & fishing was his passion. He loved his children and just children in general. Jacob considered his father his best friend and his mother his rock.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Smokey & Shirley Raper and James & Betty Teague; his daughter, Taylor Lane Raper; and a niece, Brynn Smith.

Jacob is survived by his parents, Jerry Fay & Tonia Raper; sister, Brandy Raper; niece, Michala Smith (Marie Sharp); nephew, Cade Smith (Sydney Hooker); estranged daughter, Maddison Raper; granddaughter, Amrynn Taylor Williams; and a host of family & friends that will miss him dearly.

The family would like to give a special shout out to Debbie Hooker, Suzie Dempsey, and special friends Bob & Donna McHenry.

Private memorial services will be held at a later.
