James (Jimmy) Zuber, age 74, of Benton, passed away Monday, December 25, 2023.  He was born September 22, 1949 in Little Rock, Arkansas.  After graduation in 1968 from Bryant High School, he began a career in construction where he worked for 44 years until he retired in 2012.  James enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and being around friends & family.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Roy & Mary Zuber and a brother, Tracy Zuber.

James is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Spease (Mike) of Vilonia; two grandchildren, Ashley Spease and Tyler Seale (Bobby); sister, Dianne Milam (Bobby) of Salem; brother, Roy Zuber of Salem; and one very special friend Chantelle Brown of Prairieville, Louisiana.

Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
