Jamie L. Riggs, age 83, of Benton, passed away Thursday, May 15, 2025.  She was born October 10, 1941 in Little Rock, Arkansas.  Jamie was a retired receptionist and of the Baptist faith.

She is preceded in death by her parents, James & Walterine Stroud; husband, Gerald Riggs; and a brother, Jimmy Stroud.

Jamie is survived by two sons, Randall Riggs (Eva) and Jeffery Riggs; daughter, Cara Emerson (Tom); sister, Sharon Freeman (Bob); three grandchildren, Alvin Yarberry, Evan Yarberry (Laura), and Emily Riggs; and four great-grandchildren, Sydney Calvert, Allie Nichols, Jackson Yarberry, and Hunter Yarberry.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
