Jana Deneen Blair, "Beanhead" age 58, of Benton died Wednesday, October 16, 2024. She was born September 7, 1966 in Benton. She joins in heaven with her daddy Arlie Blair, mother Betty Cotten Sides, Bonus Mom Linda Blair, Nephew Dakota Higgins and great nephew Easton Ray Higgins.

She is survived by 3 sisters and 3 brothers, Valerie Ramsey (Leonard), Judy Hayes (Terry), Lavel Neal (Paul), Jimmy Higgins (Diane), Rickey Higgins (Charley) and Wayne Higgins (Lesha). And a host of nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, Uncles, Aunts and Cousins.

Jana especially loved participating in Special Olympics and won several medals. In 1987 Jana participated in the National Special Olympics in South Bend Indiana and won both gold and bronze medals. She loved to scrapbook with her sisters, fish with anyone who would take her fishing.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Special Olympics.

Visitation will be from 2:00 to 4:00 pm Sunday at Ashby Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Monday, at Ashby Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Fairplay Cemetery.
