Jean Holiman, age 98, of Benton, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 7, 2025. She was born February 21, 1927 in Piggott, Ar to Rena and Harvey Love. She was a Charter Member of Calvary Baptist Church, Benton Ar.

Jean and husband Ben Holiman owned and operated Yellow Cab Company and Continental Trailways Bus Station for 43 years. She had a heart of service for the community such that her son-in-law referred to her as the "Angel on East St."

She was a loving Mother and Mamaw who loved spending time with her "girls", sons-in-law, grandchildren and great-grandchildren along with many other friends and family. She was a big Razorback fan and loved to travel with her lady friends to watch the Razorbacks play. She loved flowers and walks around her property.

Jean was predeceased by her husband of 63 years Ben Holiman, Parents, Brothers, Raymond, Russell, Sydney and Bobby Love, Son-in-law, Daniel Ivy.

She is survived by daughters Joyce Ivy, Benette & Jim Cook, Charlotte & Lee Smith, Mary Alexander and Ava & James McClintock. Grandchildren Reid Ivy & Diana Ringus, Jimmy & Katie Cook, Jetta & Jacob Perry, Casie Crimmins-Sculley, Crissy & Mike Smith, Ross & Mia Francis, Todd & Dani Hearn and Keaton & Jordan McClintock and 19 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 5:00-7:00pm Tuesday, October 14 at Ashby Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm Wednesday, October 15 at Ashby Funeral Home with burial to follow at Pinecrest Cemetery.
