Jeffrey Lee Curry, 67, of Benton, passed away October 17, 2023.  He was born December 26, 1955 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.  Jeff was the son of the late Gene and Anne Curry of Pine Bluff.  He attended Pine Bluff High School, class of 1974.  Jeff was a graduate of the University of Arkansas and received a B.A. of Chemistry.

He was an avid runner and a member of the Little Rock Roadrunners.  Jeff loved running races including the Boston Marathon and Pikes Peake Marathon.  He was a charismatic person who never met a stranger.  Jeff was always the man to come to for solutions & guidance about anything and he loved helping others.  He loved to garden & cook and he even had the nickname Chef Jeff.

Jeff married Laura Ann (Lynch) Curry on September 23, 2001 in Edmond, Oklahoma.  He had two children, Riley Garret Curry and Hannah Elizabeth Curry.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, James Patrick Curry.

Jeff is survived by his wife, children, and brother Scott Curry (Amanda) of White Hall.

He was a very involved parent and was extremely proud of his children.  Jeff would always show up to any school plays, band concerts, or cheer competitions.  He was the "cool" dad and everyone loved to come over for his famous gumbo.  Jeff was always a second father to his children's friends.  He was Mr. Fixit and could fix just about anything at home.  Jeff loved watching his Razorbacks and was a huge trivia buff.

The family would like to extend their thanks to the wonderful nurses and doctors at Carti Cancer Center for the care & support during his hard times.  Jeff was one of the kindest, most forgiving, and fun-loving people you could ever meet.

Visitation will be from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. and the service will be from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 4 at St. Matthew's Episcopal Church @ 1112 Alcoa Rd in Benton, Ar.  72015.
