Jerry Lee Rummel, of Hensley, was a husband, a father, an uncle, a grandfather, and a friend.  While he was all of these things, many would say his favorite roll was being "Papa".  Jerry was born June 12, 1950 and passed away peacefully January 12, 2025 at the age of 74.  He was a resident of East End, Arkansas for 27 years with his wife Ronda Gail Rummel for 24 of those years.  In Jerry's 74 years of life, he was a business owner as a sheetrock contractor; he enjoyed playing golf & poker and most of all spending time with his family.  He doted on his grandchildren and great-grandchildren as evidenced by the many pictures he shared with anyone he crossed paths with or talked to on the phone.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Gail Rummel; parents, Otto & Goldie Rummel; brother, Charles (Bill) Rummel; and a sister, Audrey Jane Mitchell.

Jerry is survived by his children, Krystal Hoskins, Erin Shahan (Jimmy), and Eric Arter; brothers, Donald, Larry, and Richard Rummel; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

He always let those close to him know how much he loved them, especially the babies.  Jerry had a big heart and will be missed dearly by all those who knew him!
