Jo Etta Wood of Paron, was called home to be with the Lord on November 13, 2025 at the age of 71. Jo Etta was an active member of Buffalo Jesus Name Church where she taught Sunday school and was Secretary and Treasurer.

She was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Fern Parson.

She is survived by her loving and devoted husband Charles Wood, Brother Jim A Parson (Janet) and Uncle Bobby Louallen.

Jo Etta was a devoted Aunt to Stephen Parson(Jennifer), Dustin Parson, Alexa Parson, and Brooklyn Parson. She was also a loving Nana to Morgan, Aaliyah, Aly, Elektra and Beau, She always encouraged them to pursue their talents, they were the sunshine in her life. Jo Etta was a truly talented lady but she absolutely loved painting, sewing and was a dedicated floral designer.  The host of family and friends that Jo Etta touched will forever cherish the Memories and love she shared with us.

A Celebration of life service will be held on November 22, 2025 at 11:00am location: Buffalo Jesus name church 21626 Buffalo Rd, Paron, Ar.
