John Carville Davis, age 77, of Benton, passed away Saturday, October 24, 2026. He was born July 26, 1949 in Little Rock, Arkansas. John was the owner and operator of Davis Farms in Haskell. He was a very honest man and highly respected in the community.

John was able to do everything in his life that he wanted to do and was willing to lend a hand to anyone and everyone he met.

John is preceded in death by his parents, Jarvis and Nellie Lumpkins Davis.

John is survived by the love of his wife of 56 years, Margaret Davis.

Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, November 2 at Orion Cemetery. Bro. Mike Titsworth will be officiating.
