With great sadness, it's time to morn the passing of our sweet 2 month old baby girl Joplin Renae Black. She was born September 7, 2024 in Des Moines, Iowa and passed November 23, 2024 in Poyen, Arkansas.

Joplin is survived by her mother, Emmily Black; father, Andrew Black; sisters, Annabeth Perry and Zara Black; brother, Bishop Black; aunts: Audrie Fite, Autumn Fite, and Taryn Howard; uncles, Allen Fite, William Howard, Ethan Howard, and Aiden Howard; grandmothers, Ashlee Fite and Kourtney Howard; grandfather, David Fite; great-grandmother, Penny Fite; and great-grandfathers, Junior Fite and Roy VanRoekel.

She is joined in heaven by her great-grandmothers, Beth VanRoekel and Shirley Fite; and a great-grandfather, Charlie Black.

Visitation will be 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. Thursday, December 12 at Ashby Funeral Home.
