Judith Ann
"Judy" Fullington
Jan 15, 1941 — Sep 28, 2024
Harrison
Judith Ann Tucker Fullington was born on January 15, 1941, in Fayetteville, AR. She was welcomed to the world by her parents, Earl & Trixie Tucker. She was called to Heaven on Saturday, September 28, 2024.
When Judy was 6 years old her mother passed away. Her father later married Agnes Pack. She helped raise Judy & her 3 brothers, Richard, Ronald, & Tommy Tucker. After her father passed away, Agnes later married M.T. Bowman.
Judith was affectionately known as Judy, Mom, Bonus Mom, MawMaw, & JuJu, by the people who loved her. Judy raised her two children, Jayme & Jeff, as a single mom for 10 years before she married the love of her life, Jerry Fullington, on June 9, 1981. They lived together in wedded bliss for 37 years. With this beautiful union, she was blessed with two bonus kids, John & Lisa. She loved her family & friends with her whole heart. She never missed a birthday or anniversary. Every month she took time to order personalized cards to mail out to her loved ones, who are many. She was known for her pies & was always more than happy to share a recipe. She was a HUGE Arkansas Razorback fan, basketball was her favorite. If there was a game on tv, you could find her in her recliner, eating popcorn & Hershey drops, drinking her coffee or lemon-lime soda. She was an avid player of word games on her iPad. She always said it helped keep her mind sharp. Judy loved to laugh, cut up, & be with her people. The most important things on this earth were her kids. She loved them fiercely & always made each one of them feel extra special. They were the apples of her eyes. Judy was a kind, caring soul, a good listener, advice giver, honest & fair. Most importantly, she had a relationship with our Heavenly Father. We have no doubt that she was blissfully welcomed into Heaven's gates where she joined all of her loved ones.
Judy is preceded in death by her loving husband, Jerry Fullington, her beloved daughter, Jayme Minchew, her parents, Earl & Trixie Tucker, step parents, M.T. & Agnes Bowman, 3 brothers, Richard, Ronald, & Tommy Tucker.
Left to cherish her memory are her dear son, Jeff Martens, special daughter-in-law, Christy Martens, bonus son, John Fullington, bonus daughter, Lisa Everhart, 6 grandchildren, April Minchew, Jeremy Minchew, Dustin Everhart, Derek Fullington, Clay (Megan) Ballard & Tucker Martens, 6 great grandchildren, Jayden (Channing) Minchew, Ashlyn Minchew, Zoey Everhart, Bailey & Natalie Fullington, Hadley Ballard, several nieces & nephews, & many friends.
We would like to express our deepest gratitude to all of Judy's hospice nurses, CNA's, & staff at Hospice of the Hills in Harrison, AR & Elite Hospice in Mountain Home, AR. We are eternally grateful for all the care & love that you all showed to her.
