Judy (Westbrook) Harrop (81) passed away peacefully July 21, 2024, at her home in Springdale, AR with her family by her side.

Born August 1st, 1942 to Angie Elwanda Funk and Lilburn Calvin Westbrook in Haskell, AR. She grew up there with her three siblings Carroll, Gayle and Gerald, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Judy and Gene were married in 1961 and moved from Haskell to Springdale in 1965. Here they raised their three children Cheri, Norman and Shannon. They loved the outdoors, camping, boating and hiking. Eventually Judy turned to Grandma and she loved spending time and teaching her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a member at Cross Church Springdale where she gained some great friendships. Depending on the season, you could find her in the garden, blackberry patch, or working on a jigsaw puzzle.

Judy was preceded in death by her father Lilburn Calvin Westbrook, mother Angie Elwanda Funk, brother, Carroll Westbrook, and brother Gerald Westbrook.

She is survived by husband Earl Eugene (Gene) Harrop, sister Gayle Mills (Mike), daughter Cheri Gideon (Dudley), son Norman (Lily), and son Shannon (Tracie). Along with 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Judy made a positive impact on many lives and she will be dearly missed. A celebration of life will be held 10:00 AM Saturday July 27th, 2024 at Mt. Harmony Cemetery in Haskell, AR "This is my command - be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go." Joshua 1:9.
