Karen Annette Totten, age 62, of Mabelvale, passed away Monday, March 4, 2024.  She was born August 27, 1961 in Benton, Arkansas.  Karen is preceded in death by her parents, William L. & Vida Vaughn Totten and two sisters, Sue Isham and Retha Richmond.

Her career in the dental field served her well.  There wasn't any part of dentistry she could not or had not done in her 40 plus years of work.  She was a get the job done type who would often skip her break and lunch until after her job was complete.

Karen's family was everything to her.  She always put them first and foremost, often neglecting her own needs.  Karen enjoyed life to its fullest; very kind and always laughing at the smallest of jokes.

She loved Razorback sports; especially basketball, it was her favorite.

Karen is survived by two daughters, Brooke Langley and Deshae Pyl; brother, Billy Totten (Mona); and five grandchildren.

Memorial services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 9 at Ashby Funeral Home with visitation to follow.
