On June 15, 2025, Kathy L. Plante, 68, of Bryant, Arkansas entered God's Kingdom. Kathy was born in Benton, Arkansas on September 20, 1956.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 15 years, Billy Plante; her daughters and their spouses Angela and Stephen Halbrook of Austin, Texas, Amanda and Shane Williams of College Station, Texas; two grandchildren, Garrett Williams and Zachary Williams; her cherished sisters and their spouses Regina and Richard Burch, Tracy and James Moy; as well as nieces and nephews Shelly Bewley, Brady James, Hanna Ford, Bonnie Fordham and a number of great nieces and nephews.

She joins her parents, Freddie Geneta Cash and Eugene L. Cash, in Heaven.

Kathy was a member of the Church at Rock Creek and enjoyed working and volunteering with children's ministry over the years. She and Billy had an extraordinary love for life and each other. She was a caring and devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. Her laughter and sweet spirit blessed those whom she encountered, especially children. She is deeply missed by those left behind.

A visitation is planned at Ashby Funeral Home in Benton, Arkansas on Thursday, June 19, 2025 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Kathy will be laid to rest in a graveside service at the Fairplay Cemetery, south of Benton at 11:00 AM on Friday, June 20, 2025.
