Katie S. Rogers, age 33, of Hot Springs, passed away Monday, August 25, 2025.  She was born October 9, 1991 in Sacramento, California.

Katie was a force of nature-hilarious, creative, and always the brightest presence in any room.  Her stubbornness was legendary; she lived life on her own terms, never afraid to speak her mind or stand up for what she believed in.  Katie loved to sing and express herself through creativity, but above all, her two daughters were the center of her world.  Her love for them was fierce and unwavering.  She will be deeply missed.

Katie is survived by two daughters, Kiarria Wilson and Keleigha Cherry; her mother, Amanda Hughes; her father who adopted & raised her, Luke Rogers; three sisters, Erika Rogers, Corina Rogers, and Tyla Griffen; three brothers, Frankie Griffen, Logan Griffen, and Avery Rogers; grandparents, Linda Rogers and Frank & Melissa Griffen; and numerous other family & friends.

Katie is preceded in death by her biological father, Bobby Griffen and grandparents, Janice & Larry Hughes and John & Alice Rogers.

Pallbearers will be Avery Rogers, Anthony Campbell, Bryan Hughes, Mark Hughes, Chandler Hughes, and Cornelius Wilson.  Honorary pallbearers will be Brian Evans Jr., James Parker, Jacob Hughes, and Jaden Everett.

Visitation will be 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 30 at Ashby Funeral Home with services beginning at 10:00 a.m.  Burial will follow at Rockport Cemetery.
