Kenneth Frank Burks, age 70, of Benton passed away on Saturday, January 6, 2024. He was born November 4, 1953 in Malvern, Arkansas.

Kenneth was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Benton and was retired from Alcoa.

Kenneth was preceded in death by parents, J. W. Burks and Marguerite Majors Burks, of Benton and his grandparents, Otto and Iva Atkins Majors and Guy and Winnie Gober Burks, all of Monticello, Arkansas

He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Janet Weise Burks, brother, Jim (Regina) Burks, nephews, Michael (Sonya) Burks all of Benton, Nephew, Rodney (Jullie) Burks of Odessa, MO. and Jacob (Sara) Burks, of Lancaster, WI., sister-in-law Paula (Duane) Wiese Fontinel, brother- in-law, David Weise, two nieces, Christy Trickey and Carrie Richey (Scott), all of Benton, Nine great-nephews and six great-nieces.

Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday at Rosemont Cemetery.

Nephews, Rodney, Michael and Jacob Burks will hold the services.

In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Arkansas Children Hospital or an animal shelter of your choice.
