Kristy Kidd Howard, 47, of Benton, Arkansas, passed away on December 25, 2024.  She was born on August 11, 1977, to Douglas and Cecilia Kidd.

Kristy grew up in Benton and graduated from Benton High School in 1996.  She was a member of First Baptist Church Benton.  She worked at the Arkansas Highway Department for several years.

Kristy is survived by her parents; daughter, Matti Rose Lee; daughter, Shayne Howard, and Shayne's father, Jeremy.  Her sister, Kim Rousseau (Saul) of North Little Rock, Arkansas; her brother, Michael Glenn (LeAnn) of Benton, Arkansas.  Her niece, Alex Fulenwider (Matt); nephews, Ryan Glenn, Maddox & Nate Rousseau and one great-niece, Sage Fulenwider.  Also, by her much-loved companion, Marlin Wright.

In lieu of flowers, Kristy's family kindly requests donations be made to the charity of your choice.

A celebration of life for Kristy is planned for Friday, January 3, 2025.  Visitation at 1:00, service to follow at 2:00 at Ashby Funeral Home, 108 West Narroway, Benton, Arkansas 72015.
