Letha Estelle Hoover, 74, of Bryant, Arkansas passed away on Monday, February 24, 2025 in Little Rock.

Born in Hazen, Arkansas, on August 28, 1950, to Charles and Janie (Box) Dawson, she is preceded in death by her husband Russell Hoover and her parents.

She is survived by two sons, Montie Lee (Farah) Culpepper and Clint (Stacy) Hoover all of Bryant, Arkansas and two stepsons Russell Hoover of Bella Vista, Arkansas and Brant (Jennifer) Hoover of Winslow, Arkansas. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Hunter (Bailey) Oglesby, Cali Culpepper, Brandon (Sarah) Hoover, Dillon Hoover, Georgia Hoover, Ivy Hoover, Lilith Hoover, Amelia Hoover, the most recent joy of her life, great grandson Lane Hoover and her beloved dog and companion Angel.

She is also survived by her siblings Charla (Pat) Golding and Forrest (Elaine) Dawson of Little Rock, Arkansas, Vanessa (John) Hill of Bryant, Arkansas, and brother-in-law Bobby (Eva) Hoover of Stamping Ground, Kentucky, and a host of cousins, nephews, nieces, great nephews, and great nieces.

Letha was an employee of the State of Arkansas for 38 years before retiring in 2007 to be Nannie to her grandchildren. After they started pre-school, she later returned to work for the Arkansas State Police for another 15 years.

Memorial arrangements are through Ashby Funeral Home in Benton, Arkansas. A visitation will be held on Friday, March 7, from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm, and services will be held 10:00 am on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at Ashby Funeral Home in Benton, Arkansas, followed by burial at 2:00 pm at the Center Point Cemetery in Hazen, Arkansas.

Pallbearers are Chuck Bussell, Charley Dawson, Tyler Freeman, Nathan Hill, Troy Hoover, Glenn Vardamann, and honorary pallbearers Robert and Logan Marshall.
