Linda Sue Mitchell, age 79, of Bryant, passed away Sunday, November 2, 2025.  She was born September 11, 1946 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Russel and Imogene Gibson.  Linda worked at Kroger for 44 years and was a member of Park Place Baptist Church since an early age.

Linda was a devoted Christian. She loved her family and church family.  She enjoyed traveling, fishing, decorating cakes, and walking her fur baby Buddy.

Linda is survived by her husband and the love of her life for 42 years, Roy Mitchell; son, Michael Mitchell (Amanda); daughter, Margo Peach (Jackie); sister, Mary Jane Davis; eight grandchildren, Scott Bolton (Dallas), Bailey Mitchell, Blake Phifer (Maggie), Ben Mitchell (Lindsey), Madison Mitchell, Brad Mitchell, Alex Peach (Ashley), and Nicholas Peach (Kirsten); seven great-grandchildren; niece, Michelle Ives (Randy); one great-niece; and one great-great-niece.

Pallbearers will be Scott Bolton, Bailey Mitchell, Blake Phifer, Ben Mitchell, Brad Mitchell, and Alex Peach. Honorary pallbearers will be Jackie Peach and Sawyer Rowan

Visitation will be 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 5 at Park Place Baptist Church with services beginning at 10:00 a.m.  Burial will follow at Forest Hills Cemetery.
