Lovada Huchingson, age 95, of Benton, born August 6, 1927 has left this world on June 5, 2023. She was the world's best mother and "granny" to everyone who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, John Stultz and Della Turner Stultz, husband Allen, all of her brothers and sisters, grandson Roger, and nephew Johnny.

She is survived by her children and her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Lovada was always a hard and dependable worker and was very proud of her many years working at the Colonial Nursing Home. She worked endlessly in her garden until she was unable to stand, often growing enough turnip greens for the entire county. She was very proud of her children and instilled in them a hard work ethic. She loved her grandchildren fiercely and her great- grandchildren bought her so much joy in her last years. Right up until her last days she was worried about her family and if there was anything she could do to help them. She spent 95 (almost 96) years taking care of everyone around her, a true Wonder Woman of her time.

Per Lovada's request, no funeral plans will be made. She asked everyone to live their lives and think of her when they have a fried chicken dinner, her favorite meal.
