Mary Jane Phillips Young, age 71, of Benton passed away on Wednesday, December 11, 2024. She was born June 27, 1953 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Mary Jane was a retired Accountant for the State of Louisiana and a member of the Broadmoor First United Methodist Church in Baton Rouge.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard E. Phillips and Genevieve Elberty Phillips.

Survivors, husband, Eddy R. Young, sons and daughters-in-law, Matthew (Chelsea) Lange, Gus (Kim) Lange, step-son, Andy Young, sister, Franny Grace, two grandchildren, Judson Lange and Cora Lange.

Funeral services will be 2:30 Saturday, December 14, 2024 at Ashby Funeral Home. Minister will be Bro. Randy Reid.

Visitation will be following the services.
