Michael DeWayne Hill, 46, of Benton, Arkansas, passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of November 6th, 2025 at home. Born on June 29, 1979 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Michael then went on to be the production superintendent for International Paper in Conway, Arkansas. In his personal life Michael loved spending time with his three daughters who thought he hung the moon, spoiling his two grandchildren, fishing, golfing, and most recently bicycling. Michael spent many hours fishing and talking about Jesus with his life long best friend.

Michael is survived by his parents Quincy and Virginia Hill, his siblings Quincy Jr and Angela Hill, his three daughters Taylor George, Emily Thomas, and Julieanna Hill, and his two grandchildren Paisley and Cason.

Michael became affectionately known as "Big Mike" to his son-in-laws for his big heart and warm sense of humor. "Big Mike" will always be remembered as the fun and joyful son, father, father in law, Papa, and friend who was always up for a challenge, trying something new, or going on an adventure. He jumped feet first into new hobbies and faced every challenge head on with a smile on his face. He fiercely loved and cherished his family and friends.

Friends and family are invited to Ashby funeral home in Benton Arkansas on Friday November 14th from 6-8pm for a visitation honoring Michael.

A celebration of life will be held at New Hope Cemetery in Bryant at 1pm on Saturday November 15th, 2025.
