Milton Peter Hirman age 87, of Benton, passed away on Saturday, May 10, 2025. He was born March 17, 1938 in Kandioyhi County, Minnesota. Milton was a retired Production Supervisor for national Linen Service, a US Army Veteran, serving in Korea, and was of the Baptist Faith. Milton graduated from Danube High School in 1957.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William R. Hirman and Theresa Thomas Hirman; wife, Iris Virginia Strange Hirman; son, Michael J. Hirman; brother, Anthony Hirman; step-son, Gregory A. Caple, step-daughter; Cheryl R. Hawkins; and a brother-in-law, Francis Serbus.

Milton is survived by his sisters and brothers-in-law, Beverly (Bill) Spies, Pat Serbus, and Coleen (Gene) Allex; step-son, Joe D. Caple and, six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
