Morris Francis King, age 92, of Haskell, passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2024, He was born November 16, 1931 in Traskwood. Morris was retired from IBM where he worked as a Computer Engineer. He was a member of Mt. Harmony Missionary Baptist Church, and a US Air Force Veteran serving in Korea.

Morris was preceded in death by his parents, William T. King and Eva Ruth Hunt King, brothers, Truman, Delmar, Warren, Coleman, and Leaman, sisters, Betty Baxter, Barbara Smith, Captola Henry, Wilma Savanich, Addie Lee King, Beatrice King, Lura Gross, Alma King, and Ersel King.

Survivors, wife Geraldine Dobbs King, daughters and sons-in-law, Deanna Lynn (Rodney) Hopson, Cheryl Denise (Lynn) Harris, sister, Sarah Mitchell, grandchildren, Claire Hopson, Benjamin Hopson, Nicole Hopson, Hannah Hopson, C.H. Harris, Caitlin (Joshua) Yowell, Connor (Abbie) Harris, three great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:00 PM Saturday July 6, 2024, at Mt. Harmony Missionary Baptist Church followed by services at 2:00 PM. Minister will be Bro. Lynn Harris.
