Myrtle Sue Westbrook, age 95, of Haskell, passed away Friday, May 26, 2023.  She was born February 13, 1928 to Willie & Jeff Shope in Hope, Arkansas.  Myrtle graduated from Hope High School in 1946 and married Jr. Westbrook on October 26, 1947.  She was a homemaker and of the Missionary Baptist faith.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Dean Westbrook; one brother; and four sisters.

She is survived by her children, Bobby Westbrook (Phil), Anita Sue Carter (Kevin), and Johnny Westbrook (Patricia); sister, Charlene Turner; ten grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces & nephews.

Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 30 at Graham Cemetery.  Bro. Robbie Horne will be officiating.
