O. James Cooper, 65, died 10th May 2023. James was born on July 3rd, 1957 in Benton Arkansas to Joyce Cooper and O. James Cooper Sr. He had a long career in the trucking industry logging many miles. He retired from the City of Bryant as a waste water plant operator.

He is survived by his 3 Children, Sarah Christian Lowery (Brad), Joshua James Cooper, and Abigail Lee Cooper. Sisters, Virginia Clement, Brenda McDougal, Patricia Cooper, Brother Jay Cooper and 5 grandchildren.
