Paula Jean Owen, age 67, of Benton, passed away Tuesday, January 7, 2024.  She was born September 6, 1957.  Paula worked for the Arkansas State Hospital as the Distribution Associate.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert & Donna Powell Shick; two brothers, Randy and Tommy Shick; son, Robert Owen; and a grandson, Colton Heffington.

Paula is survived by her daughter, Shelli Madison (Mark); three grandchildren, Baileigh Hart (JT), Preston Madison, and MarliGrace Madison; and two great-grandchildren, JonMark and Hagen Hart.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
