Randy Cartwright, 66, of Bauxite, Arkansas, passed away on June 25, 2025, at Saline Memorial Hospital.

Randy was born on December 19, 1958, in East LA, California. He was a man of quiet strength, known for his love of the outdoors, his talent behind the grill, and the joy he found in simple moments—especially those spent fishing or with his family. Nothing brought him greater pride than being "Poppy" to his grandson Caleb, with whom he shared a special bond.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 25 years, Shannon; his son, Blake Cartwright; and his parents.

Randy is survived by his daughter, Brandy (Richard) Wethington; his cherished grandchildren, Caleb Wethington and Lydia Cartwright; his sister Christy (Dennis) Angel, and a host of loving nieces, nephews, and friends who will miss his steady presence and kind heart.

Details of a memorial service will be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Randy's honor to a charity of your choice or to an organization that supports autism awareness.
