Rebecca Joyce "RJ" Walker, age 56, of Benton, passed away Thursday, May 16, 2024.  She was born November 25, 1967 in El Dorado, Arkansas.  RJ went to Vogue College in Fort Myers, Florida and graduated with a Cosmetology Degree.  She modeled for two clothing stores in Magnolia, Ar; Buffalos & Lois Jeans; and modeled in Vogue Magazine.  RJ was a Bail Bondsman for First Arkansas Bails Bond where she helped many lives get back on track and was of the Baptist faith.  On May 31, 1981 she was Baptized & Saved at the Columbia Christian Church in Magnolia, Ar by Pastor Buddy Jester.  She was a wonderful loving/caring wife, mother, and grandmother.  RJ was a friend to many and most were like family.   She never met a stranger and will be greatly missed.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Patsy Otwell; brother, Christopher Page Otwell, and a grandson, Coleson Creed Williams.

RJ is survived by her husband, Tony Walker; two sons, Stacey Robin Williams and John A. Walker (Amber); three daughters, Jessica Joyce Williams, Candice Robin Williams, and Bobbie M. Walker (Walter); her father, Sammy Theo Otwell Sr.; brother, Sammy Theo Otwell Jr.; sister, Kimberley Otwell; and ten grandchildren.

The family would like to thank Baptist Medical Center in Malvern; especially to Michelle for her special care.

Visitation will be 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 21 at Ashby Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 22 at Ashby Funeral Home with Bro. Aaron Polk officiating.
