Richard "Dickie" Brooks age 82, of Little Rock died peacefully on March 20, 2024 at his home. He was born October 17, 1941 in Jacksonville Arkansas. Richard was a US Navy Veteran.

Richard loved going to the lake, riding motorcycles, and having the most beautiful lawn in the neighborhood. Recent years he found all of his joy when his loved ones were around.

He is preceded in death by his son, Richard "Ricky" Brooks, Jr, father, William Brooks and mother Ruby Stacer, brother, Carlos, and sisters Brenda and Cindy.

Richard is survived by his daughter, Terry Steele (Terry Minton) two granddaughters Rachel Steele (Wayne Griffith) and Rebecca Steele (Dillion Anthony), one grandson Tanner Brooks, three great grandchildren, two sisters Terry and Cathy, and several nieces and nephews.

There will be no services at this time.
