Rickie Joe Ward age 74, of Benton, passed way Friday, January 19, 2024. He was born February 8, 1949 in Benton. Rickie was an employee of Hoerner Waldorf Champion Stone for 38 years and later retired from the Arkansas State Capital Maintance Dept. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jeff Golleher and Johnnie Kyle Golleher, sister, Shirley Bates, grandfather, John Kyle, grandmother, Irene Kyle.

Survivors, wife of 54 years, Connie Brazil Ward, son, Chris (Babette) Ward, of Benton, daughter, Amanda (Steven) Thompson, of Benton; grandchildren, Justin Salazar, of Dallas; Jessica Arellanes, Little Rock; Carson Ward, Little Rock; Reece Arellanes, of Benton; Delilah Ward, of Benton; Emma Arellanes, of Benton; Lacie Ward, of Benton; great –grandson, Oliver Welch, of little Rock.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Arkansas Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation.

Memorial services will be hold at a later date.

Cremation services are through Ashby Funeral Home.
