Ritha Skaggs, beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, was born on November 08,1947 and passed on December 16,2024 peacefully surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Riley Skaggs; her son, Jerren Skaggs; her grandson, Seth Taylor; her sister, Eva Hill; and her parents, Flora Wood and Nathan Wood.

Ritha is survived by her devoted son, Tony Skaggs and his wife, Stacye Skaggs of Mabelvale, and her loving daughter-in-law, Jackie Tully and her husband, Keith of Benton, and her sisters, Jan Clark, Cathy Cole, and Melissa Hodge who will continue to cherish her memory.

She leaves behind a cherished legacy through her grandchildren: Daniel Skaggs and his wife, Leslie of North Little Rock; Travis Skaggs of Benton; Aaron Skaggs and his wife, Tiffany of Bauxite; Ashlea Risor and her husband, Tait of Benton; Kylie Gay and her husband, Trevor of Benton; and Kara Taylor of Jacksonville.

Ritha was also blessed with great-grandchildren who brought immense joy to her life: Jackson Lawler, Danielle Skaggs, Thomas Skaggs, Nora Risor, Charlotte Risor, Maverick Risor, Ryder Skaggs, Marissa Skaggs, Mackenzie Skaggs, Jenna Skaggs, Luke Skaggs, and Hazleigh Gay.

Ritha's kindness, love, and strength will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Her family will forever cherish the beautiful memories shared and the love she so freely gave.

Services to honor Ritha's life will be announced at a later date. The family extends their gratitude for the love and support during this difficult time.
